BCOCCA is an Umbrella Organization comprised of:
(i) A nine (9) member Board of Directors, plus
(ii) One (1) representative from each of its member Associations.


There shall be one back up representative from each member Association in order to ensure proper representation at each meeting of the Board. At least one of these two (2) persons should be the president or past president of the member association.


BCOCCA's structure includes nine (9) member associations:


  • Antigua and Barbuda Association of British Columbia
  • Barbados Cultural Association of British Columbia
  • Grenadian Cultural Association of British Columbia
  • Guyanese Canadian Cultural Association of British Columbia
  • Haiti
  • Jamaican/Canadian Cultural Association of British Columbia
  • St. Kitts/Nevis Cultural Association of British Columbia
  • St. Vincent & the Grenadines Cultural Association of Greater Vancouver
  • Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Society of British Columbia
